Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong products issued, or damage identified at the time of delivery/purchase.
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging, bill, and accessories.
Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of purchase or delivery (as applicable).
Opened, used, or physically damaged products will not be eligible for return.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or as store credit, based on management discretion.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Accessories (earphones, cables, chargers, cases, screen guards, etc.) once opened
Software, digital products, or activated devices
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims must be handled as per the brand’s official service policy.
iStore Madikeri may assist in guiding customers to the appropriate service center but does not control warranty approvals.
Order cancellations are subject to approval and must be requested before dispatch or activation.
Once a product is activated or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
